Pro Arte Studio was founded by Peter Tubak in 2008 with the goal of providing high quality restoration services to the residents of the larger Phoenix area as well expanding awareness
on the importance of preserving art pieces and artifacts that surround us.
The founder and conservator Peter Tubak has a long tradition of restoring historical structures and fine art that started in Germany in the early nineties. During this time, Peter had completed few long term projects that involved the restoration of interior and exterior of the medieval Franconian housing structures and castles. His goal was to preserve the historic characteristics of these structures and at the same time modernize them for residential use, a greatly appreciated endeavor in densely populated Germany.
Before the end of nineties Peter moved to Phoenix and for ten years worked as a conservator for a prominent restoration company in Phoenix, accepting diverse assignments ranging from ancient Native American totem poles to the German Hummel figurines, from an impressionist oil painting to ancient Chinese vases.
Among his clients were numerous educational & cultural institutions of Arizona, providing an additional incentive to his already exciting and creative work and that is serving the community and preserving art pieces for future generations.
Founding Pro Arte studio was for Peter just another step towards living his vision of preserving our historical heritages, repairing objects that have already been written off due to extensive damage and providing competent, reliable and friendly services to all clients.
